This is truly a nice peice of art. It's obvious that your Father would be proud of his daughter on this one! It would be interesting to scan this and do a giclee on fine art watercolor paper.

What I wanted to say is that, starting from a photo, this is not PSD that is able to do the same, that's all.
I refered to the "drawing filters" built into PSD.
